1 || Spirulina

Spirulina can promote hair growth because it is made up of 70% protein, fatty acids, and iron. And these are all needed for hair growth. It is also full of antioxidants, which help to counteract oxidative stress and keep your blood sugar levels regular and this can help with hair loss. Not only that, spirulina keeps your overall hair health in check by fighting dandruff, hydrating the scalp, and controlling sebum production. 

2 || Barley grass

Barley grass contains valuable micronutrients that are important for all metabolic processes. This in return improves the blood supply in the body and the scalp. After a while of using barley grass, you will notice fast hair growth, as well as less dandruff and no inflammation. How to use it? You can use powder or fresh barley grass adding it to your juices, salads, or cottage cheese.
