Phoebe Philo’s Most Anticipated Brand Is Finally Out

Phoebe Philo’s eponymous label is finally out after her long absence. Her last collection for Celine dropped in 2017 and since then she has been out of the spotlight.

Her inaugural collection boasts an impressive lineup of 150 styles, spanning ready-to-wear, jewelry, and various accessories such as bags and footwear. And you can see her exceptional design touch present in every single piece in the collection. Highlights include a fluffy shearling coat, square-toed pumps, chic structured yet loose-fitting separates, statement sunglasses, and some beautiful oversized handbags.

And of course, the ‘MUM’ emblazoned jewelry with the sterling silver iteration of the necklace which sold out in under 30 minutes.

Phoebe Philo’s first debut was anything but traditional. From the beautiful suits, and unique textures on pants, skirts, and coats to leather pieces that seem to be interchangeable in dresses and tunics.

The designer expresses her delight at returning to the fashion scene independently. Despite its independence, her brand enjoys minority support from the luxury conglomerate LVMH.

“I have had a very constructive and creative working relationship with LVMH for many years,” Philo explained of the partnership. “So it is a natural progression for us to reconnect on this new project. I have greatly appreciated discussing new ideas with Bernard Arnault and Delphine Arnault and I am delighted to be embarking on this adventure with their support.”

Her first drop is only available to buy from dedicated online stores for those in the UK, US, and across Europe.
